Where to Buy Sea Glass Jewelry in Bali
If you've been searching for sea glass jewelry in Bali, you've probably noticed something: almost nobody makes it. Bali has thousands of jewelry stores selling silver, gold, gemstones, beads, but sea glass as a material is rare. That's exactly what makes Kamaya different.
What Makes Sea Glass Jewelry Special
Sea glass is glass that's been discarded into the ocean and tumbled by waves for decades until it becomes smooth, frosted, and opaque. What starts as a broken bottle ends up looking almost like a precious stone: soft-edged, naturally colored, and completely one-of-a-kind.
Sea glass doesn't come in matching sets. Every piece is shaped differently by the water, so every Kamaya piece is shaped differently too. What you buy exists nowhere else, because nothing quite like it exists twice.
Where to Find Kamaya in Bali
Kamaya has three stores across Bali, all stocking the full handcrafted sea glass collection. All three are open daily.
Ubud, Jl. Hanoman. Our Ubud store is at Jl. Hanoman No. 4, steps from the Ubud Art Market and a short walk from Monkey Forest Road. If you're already exploring central Ubud, you'll walk right past it.
Nusa Lembongan, Jungut Batu. If you're island-hopping to Lembongan, find us at Jungut Batu. A good place to pick up something ocean-inspired after a day on the water.
What to Expect In Store
All Kamaya pieces are handcrafted by skilled Balinese artisans using sterling silver 925 or 18k gold-plated silver. Every piece is set by hand, so the glass sits slightly differently in each setting. Natural, never uniform.
The collection includes rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets across several named collections, each with its own mood and color palette. Sea glass colors range from soft white and sage green to deeper blues, depending on what the ocean returns.
Custom orders are also available. If you want a specific piece made to your own specifications, speak to the team in store.
